Karting 2014 Relay EuropeOnce again we had a great Relay Go-karting Day at the Daytona Outdoor Karting Centre at Milton Keynes – every bit as good as last year!

With the weather set fair on Saturday 4th October, nothing stood in the way for the 60 guys and girls that work for us from enjoying the fun and each other’s company. They came by plane from our Scottish depot at Coatbridge and by coach from Warrington, meeting up with the team at Iver to travel together for a competitive and thoroughly pleasurable day out.

After a 20 minute practice run it was time for the thrilling 2-hour endurance race for randomly selected teams of four, which meant people had to operate well together under pressure – all in a day’s work at Relay! This was followed by a chance for individual drivers to shine, with the top 20 drivers posting the fastest time in the practice run taking part in the Relay Karting Championship sprint race.
