Relay provides a full scale delivery to point of use for UK consignments, which includes de-strapping, unpacking and manoeuvring apparatus safely into position in the lab. The high value equipment, which is stored before delivery in Relay’s warehousing facilities, comes fully assembled but our installation technicians will be called on to build support stands.
There are also some deliveries to mainland Europe. Esco’s Operations Director Laura Jones explained that Relay conducted careful preparation and devised an installation plan in consultation with them which was then released to delivery crews.

“Relay has shown a high level of commitment and their training manager visited us and devised the delivery format before the transport and installation schedules began. He then accompanied their crew personally on the first delivery to ensure that everything went according to plan.
