Specialist systems relocation: We are able to collect specialist items such as Data Racks and transport them to a new location. During this process, our staff can safely install your goods if required to do so.
White Glove delivery: The term “white glove delivery” has a widespread use in the transport and logistics sector, signifying a high quality of care and customer service undertaken when delivering products to end users.
2 man delivery: In its simplest form, the 2 man delivery process involves crews of 2 working together to transport and deliver your items. This ensures that we can collect and deliver heavy, delicate and awkward apparatus in a safe and secure way.
Freight forwarding: This is the worldwide coordination and shipment of goods from one place to another via a single or multiple carriers via air, marine, rail or highway.
Freight forwarding agents: Relay has a network of trusted and reliable agents able to organise the transit of customer shipments to end user destinations worldwide. We use multiple modes of transport and the freight forwarding process can include professional packing, customs clearance and local installation.
Hi-Tech Warehousing: This means we have warehousing facilities at our depots such as climate controlled storage space, advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and computerised stock control.
